The following conditions apply to refunds:

• If you approve a logo preview, a refund is no longer possible.
  
• If we proceed past the first set of concept designs, a refund is no longer possible. In other words, when we send you the first set of designs you can either halt the process by requesting a refund or you can send your feedback and await the next set of designs.
• If more than 30 days pass from the date of your order, a refund is no longer possible.
